[CLI] xdcr-replicate create should allow for all the same values as settings

    Description

      The create replication endpoint allows for all the same settings as the xdcr replicate change settings one but the CLI only sends a small subset forcing users to do two command instead of one to setup their replications.

      This is the reason for MB-42724 and MB-42714.
