Occasionally seeing Hard out-of-memory error with the new travel-sample dataset

Build : 7.0.0-3733

With the new collections aware travel sample dataset, 100MB bucket size is not enough. Out of 3-4 installations, I saw one running into Hard out-of-memory error. I guess we should have the bucket size for travel-sample increase to 200MB.
