[UI][Upgrade]cbcpillowfight not able to execute and error triggered as libcouchbase.dll is missing

Description

Installed 6.6.1 Build, executed cbc-pillowfight to load data without collections.

Data added successfully. Performed upgrade to 7.0.

Upgrade done successfully.

Added new Bucket with collection and tried to load data into it.

Error observed as  libcouchbase.dll is missing.

Tried in default collection also again same error observed.

Now tried same command on without upgrade build and command executed successfully.

Attached is the screenshot for error.

Build couchbase-server-7.0.0-4433 contains libcouchbase commit 7bec086 with commit message:

Thanks for the testing,  and ! I have submitted the manifest change to bring in the newer libcouchbase code. Assigning back to Deepika (as the initial submitter) for final verification once a new production build is available.

 Tested on Windows, cbcpillowfight executed successfully and no error observed.

Eventing sanity on centos is looking fine. I will update once windows run is done.
