[Magma] Intermittent failure to delete files under db directory

    Description

      As seen during KV-Engine CV tests, during test teardown recursively removing all files under the data directory failed:

      C++ exception with description "cb::io::rmrf: remove of file ep_engine_ep_unit_tests.db/test.107401\magma.0\wal\wal.1 under ep_engine_ep_unit_tests.db/test.107401 failed: The data is invalid.
