Need to setup a query node to isolate resource intensive query use case

Need a add a query node to a cluster where it can be configured to serve specific usage. i.e. adhoc or resource intensive query.  Without this ability, whenever a user needs to submit a long running query, the client app will submit the request to any available query node, and therefore impact query performance on other apps.
