    Description

      Magma compaction threshold controls should exist side-by-side with the CouchStore controls. They are not mutually exclusive. They do not need to know the presence of CouchStore OR Magma buckets.

      The Magma compaction threshold should have a default value of 50% (the whiteboard is wrong!!).
