    Description

      In Cheshire-Cat we introduced Folly's ExecutorPool as the backend thread pool used by ep-engine for bucket-specific tasks (via MB-36956).

      We should migrate the memcached-related tasks to the same FollyExecutorPool, to simplify how many different threads (and thread pools) we have to manage.
