Consolidate the number of stats requests FTS makes

    Description

      With a large number of indexes, we will need to keep the number of REST requests FTS makes to collect relevant stats from all the existing FTS indexes something reasonable. This is applicable to the UI and other stats' collectors.

      Revisit alternatives for these endpoints -

      • /api/stats/sourceStats/{indexName}
      • /api/stats/index/{indexName}
