couchbase-cli: rename bucket-delete to bucket-drop

    Description

      Problem
      Couchbase-cli is changing terminology to be more inline with RDBMS, drop is being favourited over delete. Need to update reference to delete to become drop. This change has already happened for the UI (MB-41260)

      Expectation
      Consistent terminology across the product. bucket-delete should be deprecated.
