Backup Service Add Repository UI does not support CB_AWS_ENABLE_EC2_METADATA option for S3 bucket credentials

In the UI, the Backup Service Add Repository --> Create Repository there is no option to use CB_AWS_ENABLE_EC2_METADATA for S3 bucket access – the hmac credentials are required.  So, there is no ability to configure/run backups using the Backup Service UI if you are using CB_AWS_ENABLE_EC2_METADATA=true (env variable) to access the S3 buckets.
