cbbackupmgr does not cleanup the staging directory lockfile when failing due to an error

What's the issue?
The staging directory lockfile is not being removed in the event on an error; this is something that I added to the exit handler, however, it's being passed a <nil> object store client meaning this cleanup is being skipped.

What's the fix?
Ensure we always pass the object store client to the error handler.
