Description
I was trying out something on these lines manually:
1. Create a .215, .217, .219, .220 (4 node) cluster
2. Failover .215 node whilst dropping and creating a few collections
3. rebalance out .215 node. Stopped the rebalance midway. And started it again after a few seconds and this rebalance completes and node is rebalanced out>
4. Tried adding .215 node back to cluster. Failed due to the the following error. But when tried again it worked fine.
It probably is intermittent and might not be easily reproducible
