[UI][Doc editor] edit doc do not show changes immediately

    Description

      Steps to reproduce :
      1. Go to Documents page
      2. Search for doc id
      3. Edit the doc and save
      4.Now without refreshing the page, click on the document id which can view the doc content
      Expected :
      1. it should show edited text
      Actual:
      1. I do not see updated doc
      2. if I click on retrieve docs which refreshes the page and then I can see updated doc
