    Description

      1. Create a 4 node cluster, a magma bucket, 10 scopes, 20 collections in each scope.
      2. Load data in each collections and swap rebalance 2 nodes.
      3. Rebalance is stuck.

      Logs links are attached.
      Thread dump for all the nodes are attached.
