couch_views_ops returns cumulative instead of per second stats

Looks like after the stats upgrade, at least one of the stats is now reported as cumulative instead of per second. Particularly, couch_views_ops is now cumulative.

You can grab it with

curl -u Administrator:password http://leto-srv-01.perf.couchbase.com:8091/pools/default/buckets/bucket-1/stats | jq '.op.samples.couch_views_ops'

In the first graph you will see couch_views_ops increase linearly and in the second the chart is constant.
