    Description

While trying to create multiple datasets for volume testing, some dataset creation DDLs are failing, but the dataset is getting created, though they are in disconnected state.
Below error is returned by the DDL -

      Steps to reproduce -
      1) create a bucket with name yRiH0eViK%C6D4QPKe-51-177000.
      2) create a dataset on this bucket.

Also the bucket mentioned in the above error exists.
I was trying to create 20 datasets spread across 2 dataverses.

Resolved the . in bucket name issue in 6.6.2-4671.  This should be verified on 6.6.2, and closed. If there are new issues with other bucket/scope/collection names on 7.0.0, please open a new issue.
