stopRebalance button does not work on the web ui

    Description

      rebalance is stuck on this node and i have been trying to stop the rebalance through the web-ui but it doesn't seem to work.

      i profiled the xhr calls using Chrome Developer Tools and i dont see a stopRebalance call.
