[UI] Cbcollect displays errors from cli when disk is failed over in background

Scenario:

• 5 node cluster
• Create couchbase bucket
• Perform disk failover over a node
• Run cbcollect on all nodes once failover is complete

Observation:

Seeing error prints on UI from the node where the disk has failed over.

Expected behavior:

Need not required to print the entire cbcollect logs on UI during failure cases.
