[UI] Default bucket (& scope.collection) chosen randomly in various keyspace selectors

We have 2 buckets on the cluster.

l-28-17000
RW2-27-884000

What is this scenarioBucket and why does it always default to RW2-27-884000 in our case?

For eg:
When I try to edit docs on bucket l-28-17000 the url is as shown below.

When I am in indexes page for seeing indexes on l-28-17000 and collection wzsclR06sgq9Pdo-28-65000 it still has scenario bucket as RW2-27-884000.
