[CX] Analytics node diagnostics info is missing on encrypted cluster

When n2n encryption is enabled and a cbcollect_info is performed, the analytics_diag.json file only has the following:

curl: (52) Empty reply from server

That's because cbcollect_info is sending an http request to port 9110 when it should be an https request.
