[CX] Support using different storage directories for temporary data

Currently all data (temporary and persistent data) is stored on the same storage devices.
To benefit from available storage technology alternatives (e.g. locally attached NVMe, locally attached HDD or NAS for persistent storage) multiple storage pools should be configurable so that e.g. temporary data could be stored on local NVMe drives, while persisted data could be stored on a NAS.
