    Description

      Install couchbase server 2.0.0r-265 on 4 nodes 10.1.1.170 to 10.1.1.173
      Start with node 170.
      Run memcachetest to load 200K items with minimum size 128 bytes per item to node 170.
      After finish loading, add node 171 to node 170
      Rebalance. OK.
      Add 200K items more to cluster with minimum size 128 bytes per item
      After finish loading, add node 172 to cluster 170
      Rebalance. OK
      Add 200K items more to cluster with minimum size 128 bytes per item
      After finish loading, add node 173 to cluster 170
      Rebalance. FAILED
