RPM packages missing some dependencies

We depend on a couple packages that we don't declare: at least findutils and hostname. Those provide tools which are used by some of the RPM scriptlets during installation. Without findutils, in particular, reloc.sh will fail to run which will prevent python from being installed.

Need to also check to see if similar missing dependencies exists on .deb packages.
