Description
If we de-dupe in the CheckpointManager then we don't update dirtyQueuePendingWrites accordingly but we do attempt to remove the original size from dirtyQueuePendingWrites at flush. This causes the stat to over/undercount when we de-dupe in the CheckpointManager.
