    Description

      Extend graceful failover support to GSI. i.e., when failing over a healthy indexing node, add functionality that allows

      • outgoing indexing node(s) to complete any in-flight scans before failing over
      • existing indexing node(s) to create necessary index replicas and/or partitions to keep HA and SLA criteria satisfied
