magma-bucket wait for Analytics Driver to restart before waiting for ACTIVE state

    Description

      After enabling developer preview mode, Analytics Driver will restart. The test needs to wait for an ACTIVE state to continue, however, calling the API for the state too early might result in ACTIVE state being returned before the Analytics Driver has the chance to restart.

       

      Give waiting window for the Analytics Driver restart to kick in.
