Building index got stuck for few indexes

    Description

      Build: 7.0.0-4678

      Scenario:

      • 4 node cluster
      • Loaded travel-sample bucket
      • Created few more collections and scopes and loaded data
      • Added backup service to perform hourly backup
      • Created 16 indexes with defer_build=true
      • Issues build index command for all indexes to start building

      Observation:

      7 indexes are stuck after reaching 100% building status even after 10minutes.

      System seems to be in healthy state
