Description
After upgrading to a newer Python (MB-45057), the cbpy installer on Windows produces a file "wheel.exe" that is unreadable - attempting to execute it results in an "access denied" error. This triggers an AV scan failure.
For the moment I'm deleting the file after install but before running the virus scan. This isn't sufficient for shipping though, as a customer with a real-time virus scanner may still be tripped up by it.
This is almost certainly an Anaconda bug, so I will file a ticket against them and hope they fix it.
