    Description

      ISSUE
      Create and deploy eventing handler f1.
      Pause handler f1.

      Run the following command.

      couchbase-cli eventing-function-setup -c 10.112.190.101 -u Administrator -p password --deploy --name f1 --boundary from-everything

      Handler resumes.
      Handler should resume only when --resume subcommand is used.
