[UI][Backup] Cancel button should present for manually created task

    Description

      Verified on 4824

      For 123 Repository, selected "Run Backup" 3 times and then selected Merge.

      And request went into queue. And there is no option to cancel it.

      So user should allow to cancel the request which is created by them other then plan.
