    Description

The gcc upgrades and modifications done for MB-45044 had the consequence that all binaries linked by that version of gcc will have /opt/gcc-10.2.0/lib at the head of their RPATH. While this is likely harmless, it's a minor potential gotcha and it looks a little weird. It should be possible for CMake to remove this, at least for any binaries it actually installs (ie, not things that are copied such as cbdeps libs).
