magma longevity run hits memcached issues on build 7.0.0-4797

    Description

      We are seeing the following message in magma longevity run.

      Service 'memcached' exited with status 137. Restarting. Messages:

          The observed issues were related to filesystem metadata usage growth. We have addressed the issue by crafting filesystem-friendly preallocation for files.
          System test ran for 7 days successfully without any issues. The unreclaimable memory (used by filesystem) is stable.
