Description
What's the issue?
'cbbackpmgr' has a '--no-ssl-verify' flag which disabled verification when creating a tls config. From what I can tell, this is only honored by the REST client and not by 'gocbcore'. By this I mean that we allow supplying a certificate to 'gocbcore', however, we don't utilize the API in such a way that verification can be skipped.
