[Windows] - sigar_port.exe consuming almost 100% of the 12 core CPU

    Description

      Installed 7.0.0-4995 on windows 12 core and 12GB RAM box. After 10-15 mins the CB server went down. I was able to ssh to the box and saw that sigar_port.exe consuming almost 99% CPU of the 12 core box. See

      After reboot the CB server comes back up and after some time I see that the node goes down again.

      I see lot of forum posts on this but don't see any workaround for this issue.
