review pools usage and make sure that relevant fields are nillified on usage

example - in value/annotated.go:newAnnotatedValue() id is not set to an empty string

essentially we have to make sure that pooled structures are returned with the empty value much like they were returned from a heap allocation - save for maps and slices that we intend to pool of course - so that the code behaviour is predictable.
