[UI] FTS - clone not considering the selected scope

Build: 7.0.0 - 5014

Steps to reproduce:

1. Cluster with FTS node
2. Bucket with following scope/collection

3. cb_bucket

   scope_1: default

   collection_1: default

   scope_2: c1

   collection_1: col1

   collection_1: col2

4. Create "FTS" from UI - 'Search' -> "Add index" on scope: c1 and collection: col1
5. Once created, click on "Clone" and update the new "scope" as "default" and create a new search

Observation:

Cloned FTS index still has old scope name.
