In bucket-create CLI command error observed for Auto-Compaction options (abort-outside and parallel-db-view-compaction)

Executed command to create Bucket with Auto-compaction options:

couchbase-cli bucket-create -c 172.23.97.87:8091 -u Administrator -p password --bucket Bucket4 --bucket-type couchbase --bucket-ramsize 100 --database-fragmentation-threshold-percentage 30 --database-fragmentation-threshold-size 600 --view-fragmentation-threshold-percentage 30 --view-fragmentation-threshold-size 600 --from-hour 1 --from-minute 20 --to-hour 2 --to-minute 30 --purge-interval 0.4 --abort-outside 0 --parallel-db-view-compaction 1

And error observed as:

ERROR: parallelDBAndViewCompaction - parallelDBAndViewCompaction is invalid
ERROR: allowedTimePeriod[abortOutside] - allowedTimePeriod[abortOutside] is invalid

Allowed value for both is <0|1>

On UI, able to select and save bucket with these 2 settings enabled.
