      Build: 7.0.0-5219

      Scenario:

      • 9 node cluster (3 KV + 2 n1ql;index + 4 FTS nodes)
      • 3 Couchbase buckets with replica=1 and 6 collections under each bucket
      • Created 600 indexes on 2 buckets and 30 FTS indexes on 1 bucket

      Observation:

      Seeing rebalance button got enabled in UI with the reason,

      Warning: Rebalance recommended, some
      		 
      data does not have the desired replicas
      		 
      configuration.

      Also seeing bucket 6vd0L6PN_9-35-717000's RR is 0%
