[CX] Anonymous/no auth access broken for Azure Blob Storage external analytics collections

    Description

      Azure Blob Storage external analytics collections require the user to provide credentials even for public/anonymous access, this should not be the case, there should be no need for credentials for public access data on Azure Blob Storage
