[CX] WHERE expression of CREATE ANALYTICS COLLECTION should be suitable for ingestion

The WHERE expression of CREATE ANALYTICS COLLECTION is quite liberal with what is allowed. Clearly, certain expressions should not be allowed. Also, some expressions could be translated into operators which do not make sense in the context of ingestion, and the optimizer could perform some optimizations leading to improper plans for ingestion (e.g. blocking operators, joins, ... etc). Such cases should be checked and dealt with when compiling the upsert statement.
