[CX] UI not auto-refreshed when creating external analytics collections

The UI is auto-refreshed when creating a shadow analytics collection on a bucket:

CREATE ANALYTICS COLLECTION ...

However, if an external analytics collection is created on a link, the UI is not auto-refreshed:

CREATE EXTERNAL ANALYTICS COLLECTION ... 

To reproduce:

• Load the travel-sample bucket.
• Create an analytics collection on the travel-sample bucket.
• Observe the UI is refreshed.
• Next, create a link for S3
• Create an external analytics collection on the S3 link
• Observe the UI is not refreshed, as shown in the screenshot attached.
