UI[Analytics] Scope and Collection names with dot`.` are not saved for windows

Tested on 7.0.0 build 5242 

Scope names like: `bu-ck.et`.scope are not allowed to save in windows.

Where "`bu-cket`.scope" saved successfully. Executed query as:

create analytics scope `bu-ck.et`.scope;

Error occurred as:

Note: Issue observed on Windows only where on centos saved successfully.

Same observed with collection name as "some-enti.ty" are not saved where "some-entity" saved successfully.
