[Magma]: Bucket stuck in warmup state after memcached kill on nodes.

Details

    Description

      Steps:
      1. Load 10M(presist_to_majority) items in a 4 nodes cluster having a magma bucket.
      2. Start another load of Creates and Expiry both with presist_to_majority.
      3. While 3 is in progress, kill memcached on nodes.
      4. Bucket is stuck in warmup

      Note: Automatic log collection isn't working on .64 and .67 hence collected manually.
