[Backup Service] Make the delete backup endpoint async

Currently the delete backup endpoint is synchronous this means that if you delete a very large backup or a backup in S3 with high latency it is likely that the request in the UI will timeout.

It would be better to make this endpoint asyc and have a pool to check when its done or just tell the user that the deletion may be reflected after several minutes.
