    Description

      As identified during investigating into stats disk usage (MB-45843) stats are only maintained for a short period of time. This is because the disk space is limited and we have a large number of stats and the granularity at which the stats are recorded is high.

      In this EPIC we want to extend the stats coverage period. There are three main areas to focus on:

      • number of stats
      • size of each (timestamp, stat) tuple
      • granularity at which the stats are collected / decimation of the stats
