Improve configuration workflow for new users

Our configuration workflow is pretty simple to get a cluster up and running but new users are often confused by the settings and what values to choose.

Right now we present the user with two choices "Finish with Defaults" or "Configure Disk, Memory, Services" at the Terms and Conditions page. This has 2 challenges for new users:

Since users do not know what defaults are, they likely will click on "configure disk, memory, services" button that will bring them to a page where the settings are not obvious for new users.

Suggestions:

1. Bring the users to the setting page with the defaults, and allow them to continue with the defaults or update the defaults if they choose to.
2. Link from the setting page to the documentation on how what these settings are and how to set the values. These settings are not obvious to users, and it is not clear if they know how to find the documentation page.

In 7.1, we want better heuristics to set the memory and services defaults based on the system configuration. Will fine a separate CBSE on this.
