Phonehome: capture stat for Durable Writes aka SyncWrites

    Description

      The following per node level stat captures the Sync Writes that were accepted by a node: 

      vb_active_sync_write_accepted_count

      It can be obtained using the standard REST APIs for stats:

      https://docs.couchbase.com/server/7.0/rest-api/rest-statistics.html

      The new name in 7.0 (using Prometheus) is:

       “sync_write_accepted_count {label=active}”

      Please add this stat to Phonehome.
