CBAS is ingesting data from all scopes and collections of a bucket from a 7.x remote cluster

While trying to ingest data from a remote cluster (cluster version 7.1.0-1083 and 7.0.1-5949 ),

the dataset created on remote bucket is ingesting data from all the collections in every scope of the bucket.

Steps to reproduce -
1. Have a remote cluster with 7.1.0 / 7.0.1 version.
2. Load travel-sample bucket on remote cluster.
3. Create a link to remote cluster from local analytics cluster (local cluster is in 6.6.3 version).
4. Create a remote dataset using the above link.
5. connect the remote link.

Observation -
1. the dataset is ingesting 63,288 items which is the total items present in travel-sample bucket in 7.x versions, instead of just ingesting 31,591 which is the total item present in _default collection of _default scope.
