[CBM] The restore worker pool/operations should have access to vbID/document

    Description

      What's the issue?
      The restore worker pool currently doesn't care about vBuckets, which is why it doesn't know about them, it's simply given a document, which it restores.

      To support resuming restore, we're going to need to be able to track the vBuckets (so we can update/maintain the data ranges).
