[BP 6.6.6] Adapt JDK consumption to new Adoptium

    Description

      OpenJDK builds have moved to Adoptium: https://adoptium.net/

      7.0.1 requires JDK 11.0.2 which initially was only going to be released on Adoptium. It appears that it has been also released on AdoptOpenJDK as well, but in both locations only the JDK is available, not the JRE.

      We need to switch to using Adoptium (technically could be deferred to 7.1.0, but it should be a relatively minor change to cbdep) and also add a step to use "jlink" to create a JRE from the JDK (necessary for 7.0.1).

            Michael Blow I've cherry-picked back the changes, and added you as reviewer. Could you please watch the Analytics CV jobs and see how they go? (I did use a topic in Gerrit to link in the tlm change.)

            Also, this ticket isn't currently approved for 6.6.4 - will you or Till pursue that?

            The JDK update issue itself (MB-47770) is approved & linked to the 6.6.4 tracking ticket; I have asked Wayne Siu to propagate the approval to this ticket as well.
